Secure payment
BDF Douineau provides the Customer several methods of payment: Payment by credit card: BDF Douineau or through trusted third parties such as Mercanet BNP PARIBAS Secure .In the absence of authorization from the flow of the credit card of the Customer, the Customer's order will not be accepted by BDF Douineau.
Online payment by credit card is realized via the security system Mercanet BNP PARIBAS Secure which allows secure encryption of credit card details during transmission over the network, BDF Douineau retaining no banking information of its customers. Payment by check payable to and address indicated on the website. No copy of the order will be made by BDF Douineau before receipt of the check by BDF Douineau, which can take several days.
As part of the fight against payment fraud, BDF Douineau verifies the reliability of the information entered by the customer upon registration of the order. The Customer Service BDF Douineau may request additional information to the Customer (ID, proof of address) to validate the purchase and shipment of the package.
